This routine is definitely tougher than the original P90X stretch routine. This routine seems to loosen up the hamstrings and hips a lot – and I really need that right now. Running really tightens up your hamstrings which can lead to all kinds of other problems in the lower back, hips, knees, etc. ![]() This routine seems to be a perfect complement to my running. A lot of them are typical runner’s stretches, which shouldn’t come as a surprise seeing as it was apparently developed by 400m Olympian Malachi Davis. ![]() The routine consists of dynamic stretches, mostly targeting the lower body. ![]() I wasn’t a big fan of the stretch routine in P90X, but this is completely different. Dynamix is a recovery routine in P90X3 – like the stretching routine in P90X. ![]()
